The way AI is applied to conversations will determine howsociety evolves. The one open communication channel we all still use, isdrowning in noise and has stagnated, driving our communication onto platformsthat promise to connect us, but are increasingly tearing us apart.
Humanity deserves an open and privacy-centric platform for discovery,creativity, and collaboration. We believe in a community-driven marketplace ofideas, with transparent and remixable agentic skills, running on top of ouremail. Using a lightweight peer-to-peer overlay and on-device AI, we can extendthe capabilities of the email protocols and realise this vision, whileremaining fully decentralized and backwards compatible.
In this talk, Mads and Brian from Proemial will present eddie.chat, an ambitious open-source project totransform our email infrastructure into a modern, distraction-freecollaboration platform. We invite everyone with a passion for privacy,messaging, human-centered design, and AI to join the conversation and help kickstartthe project.
