Meet the IT department in Delegate for an informal lunch meeting and gain insight into what it�s like to work there. You get to see the company from the inside and can ask all your relevant questions regarding them as an employer and what a future job and application process would look like. Both regarding student jobs, internships and full-time employment later on. Below you can read about the great people you are having lunch with.

This is who you will meet: 

Kia Boesen Thomsen - Consultant - Data & AI

Kia graduated as an engineer in Health Technology from Aarhus University in January 2022. While writing her bachelor she worked at Delegate as a Student Assistant and continued as Associate Consultant after she graduated. A year after becoming an Associate Consultant she was promoted to Consultant. On a daily basis she works both with the technical solutions as well as communicating with the customers to ensure that the right solutions are built. In school Kia primarily worked with C# but today she builds data platforms with for example SQL and PowerShell and uses tools like Power BI and Azure Synapse. In her spare time Kia is a skydiver and has 150 jumps in total.

Morten Overgaard Kristensen -  Consultant - Modern Workplace & Productivity

Morten graduated as an engineer in Software Technology from Aarhus University in June 2022. Morten spent his internship during his 5th semester at Delegate and continued as a student worker afterwards till he graduated where he was offered a position as Associate Consultant. 6 months after accepting the position as an Associate Consultant he was offered a chance to become Consultant, which he graciously accepted. Morten acts as a swiss army knife on projects, where he provides both consultancy, technical solutions and everything in between.

In school Morten mainly focused on working with front end development, more specifically React and building SPA's. Nowadays he still mainly has his focus on React development. 

Morten was once a long-haired dude and liked having his hair braided trying to convince people he was Post Malone. At Smukfest he went above and beyond and got Post Malones tattoos painted on his face, and actually managed to convince a few guys that they met the singer.

Einar J�rgen Hansson - Associate Consultant Azure

Einar graduated as an engineer in Software Technology from Aarhus University in June 2022. Einar spent his internship during his 5th semester at Delegate and continued as a student worker afterwards till he graduated where he was offered a position as Associate Consultant.

In school Einar mainly focused on working with front end development and devops, more specifically Angular and building SPA's. Regarding devops he used a lot of time creating workflows to more effectively deply and maintain a codebase. Nowadays he still mainly has his focus on Angular and Blazor development.

In his sparetime Einar enjoys hiking and has also once walked the Camino.
